This September 9th we welcome you to join us at the beautiful Wells Maltings studio for a brand new Yoga series designed to nurture your body, mind and energy.

Every 5-6 weeks you’ll be guided through a fresh, thoughtfully designed yoga sequence- a complete journey that works the whole body as an integrated system.

Each sequence explores not only the physical postures, but also the emotional and energetic layers of your being, leading you to a more balanced, revitalised and connected state.

What to expect:

  • Twice weekly sessions in a welcoming, calm and inspiring setting

  • Practices that strengthen, restore and uplift

  • A holistic approach- moving beyond the physical into the emotional and energetic

  • Experienced yoga and meditation teachings to guide you back home to self

  • All mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided- bring your own if you wish

  • Therapeutic grade essential oils are carefully chosen to help support the practice

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a supportive and enriching space for you to grow. Beginners are welcome as all postures can be adapted but you will require a level of fitness and movability to ensure you can transition from floor to standing flows.

The Maltings at Weybourne

We continue into Autumn with monthly Yoga Brunch Club at the stunning Maltings in Weybourne. Start your morning with a beautiful yoga session and peaceful relaxation outside on the terrace before a nourishing continental breakfast buffet, served in the flint barn Grain Store restaurant.

Afterwards, if you're feeling adventurous, the beautiful Weybourne beach is just a short, scenic walk away—perfect for a revitalising post-yoga sea swim. Don’t forget to bring your swimwear to fully embrace the energising coastal experience.

The yoga is outside and so if the weather is against us we may need to cancel or move inside if there is availably to do so.

If you would like a little help with your practice, prefer private 1:1 tuition, corporate wellness days/retreats, then we have you covered. You can book a private 1:1 yoga or meditation class in the studio starting from £75. Hen party, retreats or corporate bookings start from £175 to £1500 depending on duration of booking and location. Marie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over nine years, having completed her 300+ hour trainings with Buddhist Zen Master Daizan Roshi.

Marie’s unique style of Zen-Vinyasa flow yoga, is a journey of breath-to-breath movement with the emphasis of mindful awareness. This all encompassing practice, provides the foundation and space for growth, strength and resilience in the physical, spiritual and emotional self.

Marie has also had the gift of training with Kundalini teacher Erica Jago and Elena Brower in yoga planning, mentoring and facilitating the use of therapeutic essential oils to emotionally support your practice.

What to expect…

Entering the beautiful mood-lit studio in the Maltings, Wells-next-the-sea, you will be greeted by the aroma of essential oils, soothing soundtrack, yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets- each class is likened to a mini retreat.

At the forefront of Marie’s beliefs and expectations is that each and everyone of you will feel welcome and part of a community- she provides guidance for all levels of practice, so you can decide what feels best for you and your body.

We have two energising Yoga flow sessions a week on a Tuesday & Thursdays at 10am.
