New yoga series beginning 10th June

Our next yoga series starts Tuesday 10th June until Tuesday 1st July in the studio.

Wells Maltings are having some redecoration work done in our usual Clore studio so some of the sessions this term will be limited and will move rooms as follows:

TUES 10th June - Clore studio

THURS 12th June- Clore Studio

TUES 17th June - The 4th Space studio

TUES 24th June- The 4th Space studio

TUES 1st July - The 4th Space studio

Sessions now available to book whether you pay by class £15 or book a block of 5 studio sessions (4 on a Tuesday and one Thursday)

We are however, weather permitting, bringing YOGA TO THE BEACH for our Thursday sessions see details below.

BEACH YOGA VIBES

Fancy joining us for beach yoga and an optional swim on the fabulous Wells-next-the-sea beach Thursdays at 10am.

Bring your own mat and towel.

Take the first set of stairs from the far end of the carpark and we will meet beach side at the foot of the stairs.

Booking must be made before arrival. £10pp

Weather permitting, if the weather is adverse then we may need to cancel and rebook.

Private 1:1, Corporate, Hen party or group yoga / meditation

If you would like a little help with your practice, prefer private 1:1 tuition, corporate wellness days/retreats, then we have you covered. You can book a private 1:1 yoga or meditation class in the studio starting from £75. Hen party, retreats or corporate bookings start from £175 to £1500 depending on duration of booking and location. Please enquire to discuss options, we would love to hear from you.

Marie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over nine years, having completed her 300+ hour trainings with Buddhist Zen Master Daizan Roshi.

Marie’s unique style of Zen-Vinyasa flow yoga, is a journey of breath-to-breath movement with the emphasis of mindful awareness. This all encompassing practice, provides the foundation and space for growth, strength and resilience in the physical, spiritual and emotional self.

Marie has also had the gift of training with Kundalini teacher Erica Jago and Elena Brower in yoga planning, mentoring and facilitating the use of therapeutic essential oils to emotionally support your practice.

What to expect…

Entering the beautiful mood-lit studio in the Maltings, Wells-next-the-sea, you will be greeted by the aroma of essential oils, soothing soundtrack, yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets- each class is likened to a mini retreat.

At the forefront of Marie’s beliefs and expectations is that each and everyone of you will feel welcome and part of a community- she provides guidance for all levels of practice, so you can decide what feels best for you and your body.

We have two energising Yoga flow sessions a week on a Tuesday & Thursdays and Wednesday evening is the CHILL session, where you will find a more easeful, Zen-like mid week wind down yoga flow with meditation.
